Accurate Personnel in Louisville, Kentucky is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to manage field employees, enforce safety, and support client needs. The role offers a pay range of $21–$25 per hour with weekly compensation and an excellent benefits package.

The Onsite Supervisor will handle attendance, coaching, and terminations, communicate with clients and associates, and ensure accurate reporting to leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $21-$25/hr weekly, compensation based on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry and or managing a workforce in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
