Job summary

Fello seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction and renovation projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use facilities in the Greater Chesapeake Region. You will supervise contractors, monitor progress, enforce safety, and manage field operations in line with approved plans.

The role requires a valid Maryland driver’s license, 5+ years in construction, and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. It is a full-time on-site position based in Linthicum or Easton with travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of construction experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory field leadership role.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, construction schedules, and field operations.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with positive communication in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations of construction and renovation projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate and supervise general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; conduct regular site inspections.
• Implement site safety programs and maintain detailed field documentation; support project closeout and turnover.
