Job summary

DataOne is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction from mobilization through closeout in Vineland, NJ. You will oversee field operations, enforce safety, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with project managers, trade partners, and clients.

Daily tasks include morning huddles, coordinating crews, inspecting quality, compiling daily reports, and mentoring foremen. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of means and methods, OSHA 10, and proficiency with PM

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Superintendent or similar field leadership.
• Knowledge of construction means, safety practices, and codes.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with teams.
• OSHA 10 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple trades on site to align schedule.
• Enforce safety and building codes on all phases.
• Maintain project records and daily reports.
