Job summary

PCSI is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for the Structures Department at our Fort Knox, Kentucky contract. You will perform minor adjustments and repairs to plumbing, electrical, and structural components, manage preventative maintenance tasks, and assist with doors, windows, flooring, and roofing projects.

The role reports to the Structures supervisor and is based at Ft. Knox, with typical hours Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months maintenance experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass background/drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to plumbing, electrical, waste systems, and architectural components.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Replace electrical components and lighting.
• Install/repair doors, windows, and flooring; ceiling work as needed.
• Snow and ice removal; paper/work completion.
