Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of verified field experience in structural stick welding.
• Hands-on ironworking experience, including connecting and aligning heavy structural steel.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather on active construction sites.
• Reliable, consistent attendance on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality structural stick welding on steel beams, columns, and girders in the field.
• Perform rigging, connecting, and ironworking tasks to align members safely.
• Interpret project blueprints to ensure proper weld placement and part compliance.
• Coordinate with crane operators and ground crews to position heavy steel safely.
• Maintain safety practices while working at heights, operating lifts and field equipment.
• Resolve installation and alignment issues to prevent delays.
