Zusammenfassung

Sauer Structural is seeking a Project Manager in Oak Hill, FL to lead structural projects from award to closeout. You will guide contract administration, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, and safety, coordinating with owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.

The role requires a college degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of PM experience on large projects, with expertise in metal fabrication and welding.

Qualifikationen

• College degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience on federal, commercial, industrial, and/or institutional construction projects.
• Working knowledge of metal fabrication and welding including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles, and basic accounting practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead project teams and coordinate the work of superintendents, quality personnel, safety personnel, project engineers, subcontractors, and other assigned staff.
• Plan and manage structural projects, including purchasing, shop drawings, project kick-off, and weekly owner update meetings in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Understand and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project agreements.
• Establish project objectives, execution plans, procedures, and performance standards consistent with company policies and client requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, billing, cash flow, commitments, and financial performance; identify variances and implement corrective action.
• Develop the initial master schedule and oversee regular updates, short-interval planning, milestone tracking, and recovery plans.
