Role Description

The Assistant Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Oak Hill, FL. This role supports project managers in coordinating fabrication projects from planning through completion, including tracking schedules, materials, and deliverables. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting with expediting orders, monitoring project progress, updating project documentation, and supporting inspection and quality control activities. The Assistant Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure logistics are aligned, milestones are met, and project issues are identified and resolved promptly. This role also helps prepare status reports, maintains communication with stakeholders, and contributes to continuous improvement in project execution processes.
