• Fastens steel members to hoist cables using chains, cables, or ropes.
• Signals hoisting operator to lift and place steel member.
• Guides members into position using tag lines.
• Bolts, aligns, and finalizes positioning of steel members.
• Detects dangerous conditions and responds accordingly.
