Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. You will perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness and manage cash drawers and deposits.

You will help customers stay current with payments, making reminders and collection calls as needed, while traveling between locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Comfort with working across multiple locations and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between different locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement may apply.
