Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly financial statement preparation and bank reconciliations.

• Process vendor invoices and credits accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized AP/AR records.
• Provide back-up support for Accounts Payable.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls.
• Assist in preparing schedules for audits and tax filings.
• Use ERP systems and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
