TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time or full-time on-site Special Education Teacher for a school-based role in Mason, OH. You will provide teaching and case management services, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires SPED certification/licensure, experience with students with disabilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage documentation and planning tasks. In-person on-campus duties with guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• IEP development, implementation and evaluation experience.
• Experience teaching in a school setting preferred.
• Certification and licensure in SPED required or in process.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Deliver instruction tailored to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning and support.
• Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress to inform ongoing instruction and planning.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and productive classroom environment encouraging positive behavior and learning.
