Job summary

E-Therapy in Greenfield, CA is hiring an on-site Special Education RESOURCE Teacher for K-8 students. This full-time role runs 37.5 hours weekly, with a start date of August 3 for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will develop IEPs, deliver instruction in core subjects and functional skills, and collaborate with families and school staff using assistive technologies to support student growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities in collaboration with parents and school staff.
• Provide instruction in core academics and functional skills with adapted materials.
• Use evidence-based practices and assistive technologies to support learning.
• Monitor progress toward IEP goals and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide accommodations and modifications.
• Document student progress and participate in IEP and SST meetings.
• Support paraprofessionals and staff working with students with disabilities.
