Job summary

ASCEND Aerospace & Technology, LLC seeks an early to mid-level Network Engineer for the COSMOS contract at NASA's Johnson Space Center, on-site in Houston. You will implement network designs, support schedules, coordinate with integration and maintenance teams, and maintain all network hardware and documentation.

Qualified candidates have a BS/MS in a related field with at least 3 years of general experience and must be able to obtain a NASA PIV badge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science degree and minimum of 3 years of general experience.
• Ability to obtain NASA PIV badge for NASA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved network and system designs aligned with project objectives.
• Support project schedules and provide status updates to management and engineering teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities with integration and maintenance teams.
• Handle contract requests for network modifications and upgrades.
• Design and maintain all managed network hardware.
• Create and update configuration management documents and diagrams.
