Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking a Solids Control Field Leader to serve as the on-site expert behind safe, efficient operations. You will mentor technicians and oversee rig-site activities, with direct reporting to the Basin Area Manager and a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

You will supervise up to 20 technicians, work 12-hour shifts, and travel domestically to remote rig locations, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred.
• 3+ years Solids Control Field operations experience.
• Must pass pre-employment; Fit for duty; drug test; background evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field teams through hands-on supervision, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily field operations—day and night—ensuring safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Report directly to Basin Area Manager with insight and leadership beyond the rig site.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of solids control equipment and crews.
