Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day solar construction activities on utility-scale projects.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and field supervisors.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, equipment, and material needs.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, contracts, and regulations.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical work sequencing.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Monitor quality and address deficiencies.
• Enforce site safety and promote proactive safety culture.
• Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints; mitigate.
• Lead coordination meetings and report progress to leadership.
• Review contractor performance against milestones.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning prep, punch-list, handover.
