Job summary

First Resonance seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to be deployed at customer sites across the New England region. You will solve complex problems, build tailor-made software that integrates with ION, and directly impact customer outcomes in eVTOL, rockets, robots and autonomous vehicles.

You will own end-to-end delivery, write scalable code, and collaborate with multiple teams to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS/Math/SE/Physics/DS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience shipping production quality code.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a deployed technical expert, assisting with implementation of ION.
• Collaborate with customers to understand problems and design solutions.
• Own delivery of solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Write clean, scalable code across the stack.
• Work in small teams and own end-to-end execution of projects.
• Collaborate with First Resonance to improve the product based on feedback.
