Job summary

First Resonance seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to be deployed at customer sites, solving complex problems and delivering tailor-made software solutions that integrate with ION. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand needs and translate them into reliable, scalable software deliverables.

As part of the Delta FDSE group, you will own end-to-end execution, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help improve our product based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in CS, math, software or data science.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience shipping production-quality code.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deployment and development support for ION.
• Collaborate with customers to define strategies and intelligent solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Write clean, scalable code across the stack.
• Work in small teams and contribute to product improvements.
