Midwest Fastener Corp. is seeking a Software Developer to join our software development team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and integrate internal and customer-facing applications that support our business operations.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building practical solutions, and taking projects from concept through deployment. This on-site position requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, C++, or similar.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Flutter, or Angular.
• Understanding of modern application architecture and the software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to independently take features from design through deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business applications using modern architectural patterns.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Business Central and other enterprise/third-party systems.
• Design and optimize relational databases and queries.
• Contribute to front-end development using modern UI frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications.
• Work collaboratively with our development team and internal business groups.
