Job summary

One Summit Marketing Agency, the in-house agency for Haselwood Automotive Group, seeks a Social Media Manager to own the strategy, calendar, community, and results across 13 automotive brands. You will collaborate with videographers, designers, a data analyst, a web team, and a Marketing Director for coaching and growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bremerton, Washington. Experience with Meta Business Suite, on-camera delivery, and a strong portfolio are required; a Meta cert will be

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on social media management for a business, brand, or agency.
• Portfolio or live accounts showing results.
• Comfort on camera and ability to speak naturally to a lens.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and short-form video creation.
• Basic experience with boosted posts or Meta Ads Manager and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for multiple brand profiles to reach target customers.
• Be on-camera face for content, including walkarounds and event clips.
• Source relevant content to engage local car buyers and service customers.
• Manage content calendar with videographers and designers to meet deadlines.
• Monitor conversations and turn them into leads, appointments, and sales.
• Grow online communities and expand outreach with local creators and influencers.
• Oversee profile visuals in partnership with the design team.
• Design, launch, and manage social promotions and in-house ad campaigns.
• Map out social strategy, test, measure, and adjust plans.
• Report monthly on results and ROI; track benchmarks and best practices.
