Job summary

SpeechCom, Inc. in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP-CF for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers $65–$75 per hour (W2) for 35 hours per week, with immediate start and CF mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• State of California License in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Clinical Fellows must have completed their Master's Program and be ready to apply for temporary license (mentorship available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing or speech and language evaluations to students.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
• Instruct students in communication techniques.
• Consult with educators on communication strategies and needs.
• Write reports and maintain documentation of progress and billing.
