Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site team in Anchorage, Alaska for the 26/27 school year. You will provide school-based speech-language therapy to K-12 students, conduct assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at $50/hour, with 37.5 hours per week and a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes professional growth and impact on student communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and related information accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
