Job summary

BASIS Ed in the Austin Metro Area seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Exceptional Student Services team. This on-site, full-time role partners with campus leaders and teachers to deliver high-quality therapy and data-driven outcomes for students.

You will manage IEPs, coordinate ARDs, and support RTI with a collaborative multidisciplinary group. Texas licensure and CCC-SLP are required; CFY interns are accepted.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification (CFY interns accepted).
• Strong evaluation, habilitation and data‑based therapy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• IEP management and delivery: review IEPs and ensure high‑quality therapy services.
• ARD leadership: track ARD timelines and schedule annual and re‑eval ARDs.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: work with Diagnosticians, LSSPs and OTs.
• Assessments & eligibility: conduct initial and re‑evaluations with IDEA/TEA standards.
• Progress tracking: maintain therapy notes, logs and quarterly reports.
• RTI support: implement RTI across tiers with data‑driven recommendations.
