Job summary

IDEX is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting shipping operations at Hale Products Inc. Responsibilities include retrieving products for shipment, processing shipping information, and maintaining professionalism while interacting with customers.

Applicants should have at least 3 months of experience in fast-paced shipping operations and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication skills and basic computer knowledge are also required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience in fast-paced shipping operations.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product for shipment from multiple material storage locations.
• Compare identifying information and counts to verify outgoing product.
• Assemble containers according to shipper/customer specifications.
• Process shipping information using shipper’s software.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in dealings with customers.

Skills

Ability to clearly write information in English

Ability to read written instructions in English

Basic computer skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using measurements

Education

High school education or equivalent
