Job summary

Country Cabins seeks a Shed Sales Specialist for our Cincinnati Sheds location in Milford, OH. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend shed models and upgrades while preparing quotes and processing orders.

You’ll maintain displays, keep the lot organized, and coordinate with operations or delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Training and meeting sales targets are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage visitors and provide clear product information.
• Proven sales experience with ability to convert inquiries into purchases and track leads or update records.
• Ability to participate in and deliver training related to product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Basic understanding of building materials or outdoor structures; willingness to learn product specifications and local regulations.
• Comfort working on-site in an outdoor lot environment, including standing for extended periods and walking the property with customers.
• Reliable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or basic computer literacy for entering orders and updating customer information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail, construction, or home improvement sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
