Eagle Buildings, LLC is seeking a motivated Shed Sales Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will leverage your networking skills and online sales strategies to drive sales and provide exceptional service.

The role requires a self-starter with strong computer skills, reliability for Saturdays, and willingness to travel for training. We offer a competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commission and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in outdoor structures.
• Strong self-starter with time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of product and sales techniques.
• Must work half a day on Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong computer skills.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Motivated, self-disciplined salesperson.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
• Accurately perform financial functions including cash and payment transactions.
• Accurately complete paperwork including but not limited to daily write-ups, sales contracts, work orders, and sales reports.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in product knowledge and sales training.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our shed products, features, and industry trends.
• Travel to attend sales training meetings as required.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness and organization of sales location.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
