Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. You will perform legal analysis of complaints and supporting docs to determine disposition, prepare analyses and memoranda, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and procedures.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, or regulatory reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft memoranda, summaries, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
