• CPO and EPA I & II certifications preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 45 lbs regularly and up to 200 lbs with equipment.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform daily property inspections and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist turnover with painting, repairs, prep work for move-ins.
• Maintain tidy equipment and comply with safety codes.
