Role Summary

In the role of Service Technician, you will be responsible for the professional and timely resolution of maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction and home functionality. Core Duties

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems.
• Help maintain a safe and well-kept environment for the entire community by performing daily property inspections.
• Support the unit turnover process by handling painting, repairs, and general prep work to ensure homes are move-in ready for new residents.
• Keep all maintenance equipment and workspaces tidy and in optimal working order.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all building codes and safety protocols.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support during emergency situations and after-hours needs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through active participation.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in skilled trades, construction, hospitality, or property maintenance.
• Preference for candidates holding CPO and EPA I & II certifications.
• Physical capability to lift 45 lbs. regularly, 80 lbs. occasionally, and maneuver up to 200 lbs. using equipment across stairs.
• Help ensure clear communication across the property by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Availability to travel for a multi-day, company-funded training program within two weeks of your start date.
