Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Service Project Manager (SPM1) to support SPMs in managing one or more service projects, learn site project management for TAS products, and assist in all duties to drive project completion.

You will coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and purchasing; participate in site progress meetings; help with scheduling labor, materials, and commissioning activities; and travel to sites as needed to resolve issues and ensure

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple project activities and coordinate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges
• Experience or education related to modular equipment installation or service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support SPMs in planning and overseeing projects from ready-to-ship to client sign-off
• Review and communicate scope with client site teams and contractor leads
• Assist in identifying material needs and sourcing during assembly
• Coordinate materials and labor for on-site completion and pre-commissioning
• Attend site progress meetings and coordinate with engineering, QA, purchasing and PM teams
• Travel to sites as needed and manage BIM issue closure with site team
