Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for the Senior Staff Accountant position at Pechanga Arena.

The Senior Staff Accountant administers and manages daily activities of the accounting function at the facility by performing the following duties: Legends Global seeks a detail-oriented professional to supervise payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other accounting functions; assist with financial reporting, statements, budgets and audits;

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in public accounting or financial management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of facility goals and budgets in compliance with law and Legends Global policies.
• Supervise payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable and other accounting functions.
• Prepare and assist with event settlements and external audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients and corporate offices.
• Coordinate maintenance of accounting records and internal controls.
