Dhanani Private Equity Group (DPEG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to be on-site in San Antonio, TX, overseeing a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. You will supervise leasing, drive occupancy, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, and manage vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with local codes and company policies.

The role also includes preparing operating budgets, tracking expenses, and delivering regular financial and operational reporting to ownership
