Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations).
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial schedules.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Review work of accounting staff and provide guidance.
• Monitor collections, vendor payments, and cash activity.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Support financial reporting for parent company in Japan.
