Job summary

You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams, monitor progress, adjust plans for constraints, and help improve planning processes while contributing to on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environments (high-tech or semiconductor preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, engineering plans, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure materials and resources align with production timelines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, supply constraints, or priorities.
• Analyze capacity and labor requirements to optimize production flow and resource utilization.
• Track and report on KPIs such as schedule adherence and production output.
• Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose solutions to maintain schedule integrity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling processes.
• Ensure accurate data management within ERP and planning systems.
