Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in security.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel.
• Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff.
• Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns.
• Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements.
• Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
