Job summary

Visionaire Partners, LLC. is actively seeking a Field Project Manager to lead security systems installations on-site across the greater Omaha metro area. The role requires supervising technicians, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of access control, video monitoring, and related software, plus a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong field supervision and installation experience with electronic security systems.
• Technical knowledge of access control and video monitoring systems.
• Ability to assess quality and provide post-assessment training.
• Proficient in MS Office and customer communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to ensure project completion within budget and scope.
• Supervise technicians, installers, and contractors; mentor as needed.
• Coordinate subcontractors and verify QA standards.
• Implement installation plans and procedures with coordinators.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure installations meet local and national standards.
• Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire, and building systems.
• Serve as main contact for technical support and client training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
