M1 Global is seeking a Security Site Supervisor (Project Management) to provide on-site leadership for security personnel and act as the primary liaison with client facility management in Windsor, CT.

The role requires supervisory experience, a strong background in security or safety operations, and familiarity with emergency procedures, safety standards, and staff training. Pre-employment screenings and local licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.
• Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, hazmat guidelines, fire safety measures, and injury/incident reporting processes.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.
