Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Security Supervisor with open availability to lead on-site security teams and coordinate with client facility management. You will train staff, enforce procedures, and maintain safety compliance across shifts.

You will manage equipment and vehicles, report incidents to leadership, and foster collaboration with client and internal teams while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff.
• Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, hazmat guidelines, fire safety measures, and injury reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols for seamless coordination.
