Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-site security personnel at client facilities in the Armonk area. You will train, supervise, and coordinate security staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain strong client relationships to support safety and incident response.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in security staff
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and safety standards
• Experience in security operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred
• Prior background in security, military, or law enforcement is required
• Must complete pre-employment screenings and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, hazmat guidelines, fire safety measures, and injury reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, protocols, and performance standards
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness
• Manage security equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols for seamless coordination

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.
• Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
