Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations across our Acorn & Liberty facilities. You will oversee the security team, manage staffing records, enforce safety standards, and monitor access, traffic, and egress points to protect people and products.

This on-site role requires experience in security or facility operations, strong communication, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents, with flexibility for off-shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of supervisory security experience or related field.
• Experience in security, access control, or facility operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations to maintain a safe, secure facility.
• Manage timesheets and vacation requests; maintain accurate records.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on regulations.
• Monitor access points, traffic, and parking areas; supervise rounds.
• Investigate incidents and document findings per company procedures.
