Job summary

Farmer Focus in the United States is seeking a Security Guard to protect team members, visitors, and facilities at the Acorn location. You will patrol, monitor access, and support safety procedures to ensure production continuity.

This full-time, on-site role covers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a base pay of $20/hour plus $1.50 shift differential; eligibility to work in the US required; prior security experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Past security experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and professional conduct.
• Ability to communicate effectively under stress.
• Self-supervised with reliability and integrity.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Observe, enforce policies, and maintain security across work areas.
• Conduct hourly rounds checking doors, temperatures, and egress points.
• Monitor access, vehicles, and pedestrians; log visitors.
• Direct traffic and assist with evacuation during emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and document findings per procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leaders.
