Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Site Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader for security operations at a critical infrastructure facility in Olive Branch, MS. You will oversee contract compliance, readiness, personnel accountability, and incident response coordination.

You will direct security personnel, maintain a safe operating environment, and communicate with Government representatives and management. Strong leadership and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in security operations; 2+ years supervising personnel.
• Ability to manage contracts, compliance, and daily site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite security operations to meet contract requirements and ensure operational readiness.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure work is performed safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with site policies, post orders, and notification processes.
• Develop and execute site exercises; prepare after-action reports with corrective actions.
• Identify equipment deficiencies; provide oversight during CIFSO range days.
• Mentor supervisors and staff to reinforce conduct standards.
