Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in security operations, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or two of the following: Associate’s degree, 3 years military service with Honorable Discharge, graduate of a law enforcement academy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day security operations and ensure guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled effectively.
• Support client relationship management as the primary contact for clients and ensure security plans meet needs.
• Lead and mentor staff in recruitment, onboarding, and training in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain documentation for operations and audits.
