Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency and 6+ years of security experience.
• 2+ years of direct line management in security.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• CPR and First-Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the security team in order to keep facilities and employees safe and secure
• Ownership of various security systems including CCTV monitoring, access control, and intruder detection systems
• Supervise and support the vetting and processing of visitors, contractors and guests
• Support the coordination of resources related to maintenance, repairs and facility projects
• Support the management of identification badge fulfillment, processing, and accountability
• Coordinate response to emergency situations (fire/medical/suspicious person)
• Handle administrative duties, attend meetings, and perform additional duties as assigned or required by Rocket Lab management
