Osen-Hunter Group is seeking an Assistant Site Security Manager in Monahans, TX, to assist in supervising security staff and operations. The role focuses on protecting personnel and assets through proactive monitoring, patrols, and incident response.

You will support the Site Security Manager, mentor guards, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high service levels for clients.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience with security operations, 3 of which in leadership role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and staffing.
• Ensure guards are trained, deployed, and scheduled per client needs.
• Lead and mentor the security team and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
• Prepare and deliver timely security briefings and incident reports.
