Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site access control and security operations at a designated government facility. You will lead a team of access control officers and support staff, ensure compliance with ICD 705 and post orders, and serve as the liaison with government security officials.

The role requires 5+ years in physical security with 2+ years in a supervisory role, Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph, and passing background checks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/site-lead role in secure environments.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site access control and security operations.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, SOPs, and customer security directives.
• Conduct daily shifts, inspections, and readiness checks.
• Respond to and manage on-site security incidents and escalations.
• Mentor and coach personnel; manage onboarding and clearance processing.
• Support training delivery and readiness; participate in audits and drills.
