Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician to provide high-security oversight of sensitive construction projects, guarding against espionage and covert devices. The CST will work onsite at secure facilities, coordinate with the security team, and maintain meticulous logs and evidence for accreditation packages.

The role requires a 40-hour CST certification, active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of security/supervision in construction.
• 40-hour CST certification (SE-630/SE-631) completed.
• Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and worker escorts to enforce security protocols.
• Inspect materials for tampering and covert surveillance threats.
• Review blueprints to identify vulnerabilities or unauthorized changes.
• Maintain logs of entry/exit times and site progress with photos.
• Promptly report security incidents to the Site Security Manager.
• Enforce secure site access and visitor logs.
• Provide comprehensive site surveillance and unobtrusive monitoring.
• Ensure ICD 705 compliance per security directives.
• Support TSCM awareness and countermeasures.
