Job summary

SCIS is seeking a security officer to observe and report activities at an assigned client site in Orlando. You will provide safety for personnel and property, perform regular site tours, and enforce site rules and directives with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background checks and background screenings.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required or pursued.
• Related security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site and screens visitors.
• Maintains a courteous, professional image of the client and security team.
• Monitors entrances/exits and parking; handles disturbances.
• Patrols the site to identify hazards and security violations.
• Prepares logs and writes reports for the site.
