Job summary

Dewpoint is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and agile coach for cross-functional teams. You will guide Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and protect teams to ensure on-time delivery of critical financial software functions.

The role emphasizes coaching Product Owners, advancing agile maturity, and collaborating with engineering, QA, architecture, compliance, and operations in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Scrum Master in software development.
• Experience with enterprise financial or debt management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methods.
• Understanding SDLC, SADLC, and DevOps practices.
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and forecasting.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners in backlog refinement, estimation, value prioritization.
• Experience with integration-heavy, API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory/privacy/security in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Protect teams from distractions to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean-Agile principles and continuous delivery.
