Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, short-term Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Parker, Colorado school-based role. The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEPs while collaborating with teachers, parents, and other therapists.

The position requires licensure as an SLP, ASHA credentials preferred, and a commitment to supporting students in K–8 with a focus on meaningful progress and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education licensure as an SLP when required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).
• Manage case load and document progress.
