Job summary

Ladgov Corporation seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to provide on-site services at Ojibwa Indian School in Belcourt, North Dakota. The PT will work with students requiring therapy as a related service and collaborate with IEP teams to integrate therapy into education.

Responsibilities include screenings, developing individualized programs, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and licensure.

Qualifications

• DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Pass NPTE and hold an unrestricted State license.
• Minimum of five years’ school-based PT experience.
• Experience with students with disabilities and IEPs.
• Ability to perform evaluations, treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Independent work on-site at Ojibwa Indian School.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site physical therapy services to eligible students.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized PT programs for students with disabilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain licenses and credentials.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff and parents.
